(White Crane Stands On One Leg) Look left with your head.  Place the left foot on the toe where the foot is set. Turn the body left, let your left hand brush the left side. Square you body 90° and let you right arm raise upward with your right hand over your head.

(Play Guitar, Brush Knee & Push) Float the right arm down then up to the right. Bring the left hand inward towards your chest. Sink your body and step slightly left with left foot forward. Square your hips and advance to your middle and brush left knee with the left thumb, advance all the way forward with your right palm in front of your right shoulder.
