Play Guitar & Brush Knee & Push 3x’s

  • Drop the right elbow (counter clockwise ¾ circle) and extended the right arm horizontal to the right, bring the left hand in towards the center of your chest (Play Guitar Position).
  • Sink the body downward and adjust the left leg for a left open stance.
  • Shift your center of gravity to the middle position and square the hips.
  • Draw the right hand to the right shoulder; brush low with the left thumb across the left knee (Brush Knee).
  • Shift your center of gravity forward 99.9% onto the left leg with the right hand in front of the right shoulder (Twist & Push). [Mini Pause]

  • Flip the left palm up and raise the left arm extended to the side horizontal, bring the right hand in towards the center of your chest (Play Guitar Position).
  • Lift the right heel, step directly forward for right open stance
  • Shift your center of gravity to the middle position and square the hips.
  • Draw the left hand to the left shoulder; brush low with the right thumb across the right knee (Brush Knee).
  • Shift your center of gravity forward 99.9% onto the right leg with the left hand in front of the left shoulder (Twist & Push). [Mini Pause]
