Right Elbow; Turn 180° Advance, Right Fist Deflect & Push, Roll-Back Punch

  • Raise left hand to protect your head, turn the hips and counter with right elbow while advancing.
  • Pivot the left foot and hip inward and turn right 180° facing east. Step with the right foot forward.
  • Shift into your middle position and strike with the right back fist. Advance forward and push with the left hand while bring your right fist to your right hip.
  • Flip the left hand over and raise the right fist creating a circle with your arms. Roll-back into your left hip 99.0% while punching with the right fist.
  • Lift the right leg and change the right foot outward. Shift into your middle position again and strike with the right back fist. Advance forward and push with the left hand while bring your right fist to your right hip.
