Right Side Kick, Ward Off & Left Side Kick

  • (Right Side Kick) Look right diagonal 45°. Extend your right hand towards that direction then bring it down and back to your left hand. Keep the hands crossed with the right hand in front of the left hand. Raise both hands upward over your head then spread the hands apart leaving them horizontally level with your head. At this point your right hand should be directly 45° northwest with your left hand directly lined on the opposite behind you. Set your balance on the left leg 99.9% then sidekick with your right foot. Stay 100% balanced on your left leg.
  • (Ward Off & Left Side Kick) Bring your right arm towards your chest horizontally. Place your left hand behind your right arm. Look left diagonal 45°. Extend your left hand towards that direction then bring it down and back to your right hand. Keep the hands crossed with the left hand in front of the right hand. Raise both hands upward over your head then spread the hands apart leaving them horizontally level with your head. At this point your left hand should be directly 45° southwest with your right hand directly lined on the opposite behind you. Set your balance on the right leg 99.9% then sidekick with your left foot. Stay 100% balanced on your right leg.
