Turn Back & Left Straight Kick
(Turn Back) Hook the right hand towards the left (bend from the elbow) and turn the whole body to the left 180° (pivot on the right foot to get around). Draw the left hand down and bring it up to the right hand (cross the left hand in front of the right). Raise both hands and separate apart for balance. Make sure the body is turned right while your head and left hand is towards your 180° direction. Make sure the left hand is in front of you and the right hand directly behind.
(Left Straight Kick) Draw the left foot down and behind your body close to the floor then swing the left leg upward for a straight kick. Keep upright and balance. Let the left foot cover the right knee after kicking.
