Play Guitar, Turn Right & Press
(Play Guitar) Square your hips forward into the left side guitar position. Just draw your right hand towards the center of your chest (holding left guitar)
(Turn Right & Press) Turn slight right at 45° diagonal. Sink straight down your left leg until the right toe touches the floor. Step diagonally forward with your right foot. Shift half way and draw the left hand across your belt line pausing at your right hip. Shift all the way on to your right hip and leg and press down with both palms. (your hands should be 10-12 inches apart with the right hand slightly higher than the left while the left hand is still at your hip).
