Lesson 21 – 22

Hold Qi Ball, Turn Left 180, Punch & Elbow, Hold Qi Ball, Turn Right 180, Punch & Elbow

(Hold Qi Ball, Turn Left 180°, Punch & Elbow) Turn the left palm up then turn the right leg left, then turn your body southeast 180° left. Step with the left leg forward (open stance). Keep your body turned to the left facing southeast. Raise the left fist up overhead and punch then close your right hand into a fist and strike (SE) horizontally with the right elbow.

(Hold Qi Ball, Turn Right 180, Punch & Elbow) Turn the right palm up, then turn the left leg inward turning your body southwest 180° to the right. Open your left hand (holding the ball position). Step southwest with the right leg forward (open stance). Keep your body turned to the right. Raise the right fist up overhead and punch then close your left hand into a fist and strike horizontally with the left elbow. [Pause]
