Drawback, Ward Off & Push (Seal Tight/ Apparent Close Up)
(Drawback, Ward Off & Push) Place your left palm under the right elbow facing upward. Open your right hand and bring it back to the left arm. Draw both hips back and keep your left arm forward (horizontal). Keep the hips back then place both hands in front of your chest, then advance forwards to push both hands west.
