Figure 8 & Part The Wild Horse’s Mane (Left)

  • (Figure 8) Sit the hips back to the left leg. Turn the right foot inward. Lead the right fingers and hand towards the north with your body. Draw the right hand in a counter clockwise circle. Return the hips back on the right leg. Sweep the left hand under the right hand holding the ball position.
  • (Part The Wild Horse’s Mane) Open the left knee towards the north and step forward into left open stance. Shift the body to your center while holding the ball position. Square your hips north and begin to separate the arms apart. Let the right hand float down to the right leg as the left hand slightly lifts in front of the left shoulder. [Pause]
