Draw Bow, Shoot Tiger
(Draw Bow) Sink down your right leg and turn northwest to the right. Step diagonally to with your right foot. Place your hands to your waste sides. Sink down ward facing northwest with both hands settled at your right knee and with your knee in between your hands.
(Shoot Tiger) Close both hands into fists. Then raise the fists up with the right fist next to your right ear and the left fist at your center of the chest creating an elbow strike facing southwest. Draw your right hip back slightly and separate the left fist from the center of your chest striking diagonally towards the southwest direction with the hammer of your fist.
