Right Deflect, Left Palm Push, Left Palm Block & Right Fist Punch
(Right Deflect, Left Palm Push) Close the right hand. Sink your center down your left hip and step with the right foot, northwest into the diagonal stance. Shift halfway forward and deflect with right arm like a back fist. Continue to shift onto the right foot. Draw your right fist back to your waste and push west with the left hand forward. (Your chest should be facing (NW) while your head is looking west).
(Left Palm Block (Parry) & Right Fist Punch) Step towards west with the left foot. Shift halfway forward and parry with your left palm. Then square your body towards the west and punch with a vertical right fist.
