Mustang Ruffles Its Mane

(You will be taking 3 repetitive steps towards the east making each step diagonal)

  • Turn the left foot inward with your body facing east. Gaze at your right hand. Open the right hand and let it float down sweeping under the left hand. Flip the right hand up and hold the ball position on the left. Open the right knee outward and step diagonal to the right (southeast) with the right foot pointing outward. Shift to your center while still holding the ball position. Begin to separate the arms apart as you continue to advance onto the right foot. The right arm is set high at shoulder level as the left arm is set lower close to the left leg.
  • Gaze at the left hand and sweep it under the right hand and turn the right foot outward. Flip the left hand up and hold the ball position on the right. Open the left knee outward and step diagonal to the left (northeast) with the left foot pointing outward. Shift to your center while still holding the ball position. Begin to separate the arms apart as you continue to advance onto the left foot. Adjust the right foot inward. The left arm is set high at shoulder level as the right arm is set lower close to the right leg.
  • Gaze at the right hand and sweep it under the left hand and turn the left foot outward. Flip the left hand up and hold the ball position on the left.
